DAY 2 Fulong-Taipei

The second day of my trip to the Northeast area of Taiwan. The Fulong area where I stayed is one of the most beautiful "National Scenic Areas" in Taiwan. A famous leisure spot where you can enjoy swimming in the sea in the summer and cycling on the cycle path in the spring and autumn. A bicycle trip on the second day aiming for Taipei city while enjoying scenery different from that of Japan.

ROUTE

Outline of the route "Taiwan's Northeastern Region, 2 night / 3 day trip"

Direct flight from Tokyo Haneda to Taipei Songshan Airport in about 3 hours. On the first day, I travelled to Ruifang station by train based on my accommodation in Taipei city. Stop by Jiufen, a tourist attraction, and head for Fulong, which is famous for its beaches. On the second day, we will ride the “Old Caoling Bicycle Trail”, which is based on Fulong Station and uses the abandoned railroad tracks, and then return to Taipei City. It is a route with a total distance of 140km over two days.
